• Pinakaimportante ang mga parents, ang pamahalaan na nagbigay ng pondo at suporta.

• Nakakatuwa at nakakapagcelebrate ng pagbubukas ng Academic School Year ngayong taon 2021-2022.

• Last year, I declared victory with the opening of classes on October 5, 2020.

• Today, September 13, 2021, DepEd and the rest of the country celebrates with great joy and success in the opening of classes of the second year in the time of COVID-19.

• Last year, we opened classes and we successfully ended those classes.

• Now, we are opening another school year isn't that success worthy of celebration and the life (audio inaudible) of challenges.

• When we declared victory on COVID-19 last year, some people got angry. How can one declare victory at a time of COVID-19? For them, it was the worst time to be victorious.

• Yes, we ended the school year of 2020 in victory and we want to celebrate the opening of this school year in all about successes.

• This morning, 24 million have returned to schools excluding those enrolled in the Alternative Learning System and overseas schools so we are expecting the enrollment number to grow.
