Nagbibigay ng e-learning para sa ating mga kababayan na nasa marginzalized sectors. NGayon nasa 4,745 Tech4ED Centers ang naitayo at tayo rin ay nakapagbigay ng 341 na Tech4ED webinars na dinaluhan ng 128,408 na katao.
Sa taong 2020, ang DICT ay nakapagsanay ng 183,699 na katao sa pamamagitan ng capacity training.
Ang DICT ay nakipagtulungan sa UP Technology Management Center para sa Government Chief Information Officer (CIO) Development Program.
Ang DICT ay naglunsad ng VaxCertPH.
Isa tayo sa mga bansa na unang nagpatupad ng vaccine certificate. 'Yong Japan at New Zealand pinaplano pa lang.
